The Top Ten BNP Moments 2008

2008 has been a rollercoaster of a ride for the BNP but we came through the lows with typical British stoicism to enjoy the many high points. We have shortlisted the top ten BNP moments this year.

1. Richard Barnbrook elected onto the Greater London Assembly – “The lion heart” as he is known by many BNPer’s currently holds the highest ranking public position of any British National Party official, his very first speech as an AM was greeted with childlike rudeness by the other members, as they scurried off stage to Richards commentary of: “like rats leaving a sinking sink” (see video below).

Since then, he has consistently wrong footed the London Mayor Boris Johnson at mayor’s question time, with typically non-pc enquiries leaving Boris floundering and relying on Chair Jennette Arnold to tell him: “you don’t have to answer that”.

Richard also pointed out that the Assembly were funding an anti-democratic group and that this was against the GLA’s own constitution. Eventually the funding was ceased and this has saved the people of London £5,000 a month.

2. The 2008 Red, White and Blue Festival – This years 9th RWB festival was the largest ever held, with more guests, stalls and attractions than ever before including traditional food halls, crossbow and warbow demonstrations and party related seminars. The event was well policed by both BNP security and the county constabulary and attempts to trespass by far left thugs was swiftly dealt with.

Many guests were heard to say that they did not want to leave at the end of the festival, which was the highest compliment paid to the volunteers and organisers who made this fantastic event a success once again.

Next years RWB will be the 10th and is being billed as the biggest and best yet.

3. Racism Cuts Both Ways – A report by the BNP that was a factual analysis of racist crime within the United Kingdom, it aimed to shatter the media driven illusion that most racist crimes are carried out by whites on ethnic victims and highlight the fact that whites are overwhelmingly the victims of such crime.

The report was delivered to the door of over 30,000 people and nearly all of the 200,000 initial run of copies have been distributed, the success of the report can be judged by the media response, not one journalist attempted to refute the facts and figures in the report with anything other than saying “BNP lies”! of course this is becuase they simply cannot and truth fears no investigation.

4. Keith Brown Memorial Rally-Stoke – The biggest and best ever managed BNP rally and a fitting tribute to the BNP activist Keith Brown who was killed by a muslim neighbour in his front garden.

Over 50,000 leaflets delivered all across Stoke, the truth truck unveiled and a formal thank you from the police force for the peaceful turnout ensured this rally was one to remember and the people of Stoke will be led by a BNP council in the near future.

5. The Truth Truck – The Truth Truck made it’s first appearance at the Stoke rally much to the delight of all who attended, it then became a mobile platform for speeches during the RWB 08 and embarked on a national tour to advertise and distribute the racism cuts both ways report and the white history month campaign.

The Truth Truck driven by Paul Golding recieved an excellent response from members of the public and a particularly good one in Liverpool as can be seen in the video below.

6. Boston By-election – David Owens beat every other candidate from the lab/lib/con regime to win the Boston by-election with more votes than all of them combined.

The local newspaper declared the win a “shock victory” but those of us involved with the BNP are never shocked when we win, we’re beginning to expect it, it’s more shocking that people continue to vote for Labour.

7. The Cumbrian Elections – Where Simon Nicholson slashed the Labour majority from 1003 to just 16 votes polling 418 (40.1%) to Labours 434.

In Ibstock Ivan Hammonds polled 645 (30.9%) and was just 15 votes from victory with the tories polling 660.

Two very impressive results that should stand both BNP men in good stead for the next elections.

8. Blackpool Conference – Another record breaking conference for the BNP in terms of turnout and also one of the best organised with the majority of the proceedings being broadcast live via our excellent BNPtv software and engineers.

9. BNPtv Upgraded – The new relaunched site is an excellent archive of audio and video footage, it is a highly recommended resource.

    Hi JPT

Agreed Lee’s performance on Moral Maze was great, if we had made a top twenty instead of ten then lee would have appeared at 11.
